Ingredients:
  • Kashmiri chili paste½ cup
  • Tamarind paste ½ cup
  • Oil1 to 2 tbs
  • Crushed black pepper½ tsp
  • Onion1
  • Garlic5 to 6 cloves
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. In a pan add 1 to 2 tbsp oil to heat and add 5 to 6 cloves with 1 onion to fry. Then add ½ cup Kashmiri chili paste to sauté. Then pour it in a blender and make paste then pour it again in pan and cook for 1 to 2 minutes and serve chiled.
