Ingredients:
- Kashmiri chili paste½ cup
- Tamarind paste ½ cup
- Oil1 to 2 tbs
- Crushed black pepper½ tsp
- Onion1
- Garlic5 to 6 cloves
- Salt to taste
Method:
- In a pan add 1 to 2 tbsp oil to heat and add 5 to 6 cloves with 1 onion to fry. Then add ½ cup Kashmiri chili paste to sauté. Then pour it in a blender and make paste then pour it again in pan and cook for 1 to 2 minutes and serve chiled.
